PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after processing:
· Canada: 7-15 business days
· United States: 7-15 business days
· United Kingdom and Europe: 10-20 business days
· Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days
· Rest of World: 15-25 business days
Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
SHIPPING COSTS
· Free shipping on orders over $50 USD
· Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50, calculated at checkout based on destination
TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in the product or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL]. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if needed.
If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
· Check with neighbors and household members
· Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
· Wait 48 hours, as packages sometimes show "delivered" before they arrive
If still missing after 48 hours, email us and we'll help resolve the issue.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or change the address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
