RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the made-to-order and limited-collection nature of our products, we operate a strict no-return, no-refund policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

· We do NOT accept returns for change of mind
· We do NOT accept returns for buyer's remorse
· We do NOT offer refunds for items that don't fit personal expectations
· We do NOT offer refunds because the item looks different in person than expected on screen
· Please review all product details, photos, and dimensions carefully before ordering

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. To qualify for a replacement:

· You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at Shopkybervault@gmail.com
· You must provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
· The item must not have been worn or modified

If the damage is verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer cash refunds — only replacements.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as undelivered after 30 days from the ship date, contact us at [YOUR EMAIL]. We will work with the carrier to investigate and may offer a replacement if the package is confirmed lost in transit.

We are not responsible for:
· Packages marked as delivered but reported missing by the customer
· Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout
· Delays caused by carriers, customs, or the destination country's processing

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order has been processed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to the sender or lost, we will NOT issue a refund or replacement. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

EXCEPTIONS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your country. If your jurisdiction provides legal protections that override this policy, those protections will apply.
